
These sessions work through vibrational resonance – using singing bowls and carefully attuned sound to support the body's natural response. Sound works directly with the body and nervous system, helping to shift states of tension, quiet the mind and a return to balance. As the body is highly responsive to vibration and frequency, these sessions work through resonance — where sound is not only heard, but felt throughout the body.
These sessions offer space to rest and receive sound, allowing the body to respond in its own way.
Each session is intuitively shaped to the individual, offering a restorative and carefully attuned sound experience.
What to expect
Each session begins with a brief arrival and check-in, allowing space to settle and share anything you'd like me to be aware of.
You'll then be invited to lie down comfortably, fully clothed, in a calm supported environment.
You may be gently guided through a few simple breathing practices to help the body relax and arrive.
From there, there is nothing you need to do – simply rest, receive, and allow the body to respond in its own way.

Session Location:
Sessions are held in a calm, private home studio environment. Please note that there are two friendly cats on the property, and they may occasionally be present in the space. This may not be suitable for those with allergies.
