Luminous Voice & Sound Session

One-to-one guided voice and sound experience focused on expression, release, and permission to connect with your natural voice. These sessions create space to explore sound in a more intuitive and uninhibited way — using voice as a tool for expression, awareness, and self regulation. Through gentle guidance, breath and sound. Alongside some foundational technique, sound is introduced to help release tension, experiment with your voice and begin using it with greater freedom, confidence and awareness — particularly if you have felt restricted, unheard or unsure how to express yourself. Toward the end of the session sound may be offered in a more receptive way, incorporating instruments such as singing bowls — to support, relaxation and a deeper sense of embodiment. Temple Voice & Sound Healing Session (launching in May)

A deeply immersive one-to-one sound experience woven through voice, singing bowls and other instruments, created to support deep relaxation, nervous-system regulation, gentle release, and a greater sense of inner coherence through vibration and resonance. Sound works directly with the body and nervous system, helping to shift states of tension, quiet the mind and a return to balance. As the body is highly responsive to vibration and frequency, these sessions work through resonance — where sound is not only heard, but felt throughout the body. These sessions offer space to rest and receive sound, allowing the body to respond in its own way. Each session is intuitively shaped to the individual, offering a restorative and carefully attuned sound experience. Bookings: Opening in May.
